gimme some love!
genre: comedy(?), BL, school life, romance, psychological(?) this one was short and cute(?)! it was a little rushed & convoluted especially near the end, but still one of my favorites!!! give it a read if you like tropes like opposites attract, enemies to lovers, and uh... well... they're perfect for eachother?
crossplay love: otaku x punk
genre: shoujo, comedy, romance, school life, slice of life, crossdressing straightest gayest lesbianest manga ive ever seen in my life but its absolutely great, still ongoing with over 100 official chapters. a small rundown for anyone curious, a delinquent sees a beautiful girl in a maid cafe but thinks "i can't go in there, i'm a guy" so he crossdresses as a girl. turns out, the beautiful girl was an otaku(male) that goes to the same school as him, yet neither of them know who the other really is. shenanigans, misunderstandings, and embarrassment ensues
a terrified teacher at ghoul school!
genre: shounen, comedy, school life, supernatural, fantasy, youkai a teacher who's too much of a wuss to go to any real schools gets a special offer to work at a special school on a far away island... one important detail that was left out though, is that all the students are youkai! it may seem repetitive and kinda weird at the beginning, and most of the chapters are fillers/gag chapters, but there is actually a real plot!!! and its interesting!!! trust me!!!
my noisy roomate: the roof over my head comes with monsters and a hottie
genre: comedy, supernatural, spirits, BL, romance, slowburn i just realized how stupid the title sounds but i do really like this manga, i've always been a fan of ghosty stuff anyway. basically our main character has been coddled his entire life by his family, then one day decides to go out on his own but doesn't have much luck... until he's approached by a mysterious man offering him a place to stay, in exchange for him helping this man and another guy exorcise ghosts and youkai using his previously unknown ability to attract spirits easily
i see you, aizawa-san!
genre: comedy, supernatural, ghosts, GL, school life, horror-ish living loner-girl x dead idol girl, cute with a bit of mystery! it's also pretty funny, so if you like this kinda stuff then go and check it out!!
no home
genre: comedy(?!), supernatural, ghosts, slice of life, psychological, i almost thought this was actually a comedy i think no home is pretty popular, and for good reason too. i like how there's a story for each of the characters, and their development is thought out (for the most part) the ending is bittersweet, but satisfying at the same time
